It’s warm golden with a deep roasted peanut aroma, unmistakable and full bodied.
Our peanut oil begins with raw, food grade peanuts, never heated, never refined. Each bottle is slowly pressed by hand, one at a time, preserving its rich aroma, rounded flavor, and naturally occurring nutrients.
Pressed in small batches in Seattle, it feels grounded and intentional, never industrial.
Most peanut oils are industrially extracted. Ours isn’t. It is raw, first cold pressed, and unfiltered, so its naturally high oleic content and protective compounds remain intact, not flattened by heat, chemical refining, or deodorization.
What makes it different?
We use our Caprolon Press Barrel Method. No metal contact, no heat, no wood, no steam. The oil is pressed only once, slowly and gently, under low temperatures. This helps preserve its bold aroma, warmth, and natural structure.
What remains is peanut oil with presence, not something pushed toward neutrality.
We don’t press in advance. We don’t store in bulk tanks.
Each batch is made with intention, closer to the moment it’s needed, so aroma and freshness are never sacrificed for scale. Every bottle reflects care, not volume.
How do people use it?
It shines in warm dishes, stir fried vegetables, roasted roots, and cuisines where peanut aroma belongs. Some drizzle it over finished food for extra depth. Others cook gently with it when they want richness without heaviness.
Bold, nutty, and deeply comforting, it brings warmth and familiarity into everyday meals.
And here’s what we never do.
No chemicals. No heat. No solvents.
Just raw peanuts, time, and care, the way real peanut oil should be made.
